“IT'S NEVER TOO LATE. It's never too late to look after yourself. Never too late to eat healthily, get plenty of rest, exercise regularly and look after your skin. You'd be amazed at how quickly your skin and body can rejuvenate given the right environment.”

The truth is, you can heal your skin from the inside out! Here are some quick tips to help you get there:
1. Invest in organic, sulfate and paraben free products. The gentler you are with your face, the easier it will be for it to heal.
2. Drink your water! The best way to cleanse is from the inside out! (But you’ve still gotta wash that make-up and pollution off. Every night.)
3. Moisturize. Moisturize. Moisturize. Find a face oil or cream that works for your skin, then give it all it needs. Even if you’ve got an oily face. Once your skin is properly hydrated, oil production should even out. And your skin will heal.
