You're kinda making the most of your life
You've got a pretty good balance going on between doing things you want to do and doing things you have to do, but do you really have to do all those things? Do you have to keep that job you don't really like? Do you have spend hours on the phone with that person who always makes you feel drained? The answer is no!
By spending more of your time doing things you want to do and that make you happy, you'll actually end up having more to give in the long run. Just think, if you had a great and successful week and your sister called to vent about her boyfriend again, it wouldn't be as bad as if you had a horrible week and she called to vent about her boyfriend again. How would you treat her in each situation? Could you fully listen to her problems and give her good advice if your're focused on your own problems?
Spend more time each day doing things you love that make you happy and fulfilled. Start small but dream big. What are some of your goals and dreams in life? Little steps towards a big goal is all it takes to get to where you want to be.
