You have been going at full speed for a long time and it's time you gave yourself a little break. It's great to work hard and get things accomplished, but remember to take some time out for yourself. Balancing work, family, friends, school, and everything else you have going on takes a lot of energy.
Find a way to take a personal day once in a while so you can have some time for yourself. Even if you just sleep the whole day that may be exactly what your body needs.
No possible way you can take an entire day off? Find little things you can do like going to bed earlier, taking more breaks throughout the day, or take a power nap.
If you keep yourself well rested you will ultimately be able to get more accomplished.
