Your business is small, but growing. You're still figuring out a few things, and Pinterest is one of them. Is now the right time to hire a Pinterest manager? Let's step back and look at a few things in your business.
1. Do you have more money or more time at this point? If you have money but no time, a Pinterest manager could give you back some time to set up a long-term strategy for your business. If you have more time, you may prefer to keep working with Pinterest yourself and save the cost of a manager - but be prepared for that to change as your business grows!
2. Will more traffic bring you more money? Do you have the systems in place to gain affiliate income, build your email list, sell your products, or turn visitors into clients? If you don't have a way to convert the traffic Pinterest brings, you could gain thousands of visitors and not a single penny. Set up at least one of those systems first. If you're still not sure, consider booking a one-time strategy session with a Pinterest expert! You should get plenty of advice for moving forward.
