  When's the last time you really gave someone a chance? Just because they aren't perfect doesn't mean they aren't perfect for you. Just because they might not have everything on your list doesn't mean you shoiuldn't give them a chance. They might be open to trying new things or maybe you'll learn something from them? Maybe try dating someone who doesn't seem like the person you'd normally date? Or someone who doesn't have every item on your list, but maybe most of them. You might be surprised at how much you actually like them.

And sometimes you know that someone isn't exactly what you are looking for, but you try dating them anyway with not so good results. You know what you want in a relationship and you deserve to have it. Just because someone treats you nice or is attractive doesn't mean you should settle in other areas. Know what values are most important to you and make sure your partner shares those with you.
