Exercise
You should get up, move and explore. It might not sound relaxing at first, but if you are feeling stressed or upset, working out allows you to release some of those emotions in a healthy way to help you feel more relaxed.
All the hard work and effort you put in gets released and allows you feel refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. There is a sense of accomplishment that you get after finishing a challenging workout that makes you feel more confident, positive and strong. After the right workout, such as kickboxing, you'll feel like a bad ass or if you want something less intense you can do something that will leave you feeling calm and centered, like yoga.
