You Have A Lot of Hope --How Can You Help Spread It?
1. To keep your strong foundation of hope, consider learning how to meditate to deepen your understanding of how your breath, mind, and body are connected. Understanding the balance between how we breathe, what we think, and how we move are the building blocks of feeling hopeful. Being present, sharing realistic goals, and offering compassion to everyone we meet can help create a collective feeling of hope in our communities.
2. Share your hopes, dreams, and goals with your friends and families. Ask them about their hopes, dreams, and goals and how you can support them. Spreading hope is contagious. Share your story, share the hope.
3. Build new connections in the community. Be a connector. Intentionally share positive, joyful resources, books, videos, and podcasts with family, friends, and neighbors.
4. Journaling is a great way to reflect and think about your decisions, plans, and the questions your have about your life. It is good to frequently evaluate your hope and understand what is working, or not working in your life. It is also a great way to keep a record of the conversations you have about hope, and how it evolves and changes over time.
