Workout: Any Flow Class and all Functional Fitness classes
We love yoga too! Not only does your practice offer you a chance to move your body, work your muscles, stretch, tone, and refine, it often relieves your mind and heart of the stressors of life. We know you’re busy and that making yoga a priority can sometimes be yet another stressor so we’ve made it our mission to create a space for you. Our class options are as varied as our instructors but it’s all yoga! With multiple times, teachers, and styles, it’s our goal to let you explore your practice as it fits your schedule and interests. Options include (but are never limited to) Equanimity Flow, Awakening Flow and Igniting Flow. Notice a pattern? These are our vinyasa classes. You'll find similar elements in each allowing you to mix and match to fit your schedule. Find your favorite or try them all, it only matters that you show up on your mat.
