Talk to Friends and Loved Ones
One of the best ways to feel a little better is to realize that there are still people out there who love and care for you. It can also sometimes help if those people loved and cared for the person you lost. If both of you are grieving, even if in different ways, you can be there to support each other.
Share memories of your loved one or just talk about how the future is not going to be the same. Cry together, laugh together or just sit there and be together. Just knowing someone is there for you can make a big difference.
