No
Sometimes God says no. There can be many reasons for this. Maybe what you are asking for is not in line with His will. It might be sinful (meaning drawing you away from God) or there could be something much better for you out there. It's hard to accept a no answer many times, but we have to trust that God has our best interest at heart.
If your motives are in the right place, meaning you are focused on God's will above your own desires, then you are more likely to receive what you have asked for. Spend time with God, in his word and make sure what you are asking for is something that will strengthen the kingdom, not just yourself. If God does bless you with something great, how will you use it to help and love others?
If you have asked for something and God has told you no, don't lose faith or hope. Use these verses to give you strength and know that God is good and wants what is best for you, in accordance with His will.
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not into your own understanding;" - Proverbs 3:5 (NIV)
"When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures." - James 4:3 (NIV)
