Pelvic Floor Freedom
The Pelvic Floor Freedom program is "magic", not only does it teach you how to release, strengthen your pelvic floor and the correct coordination of your whole core (abs included)! It also helps you with your whole bodies mobility - thoracic and hip mobility especially (both key for pf and ab function), AND your glute strength - KEY for pf function and correct pelvis alignment.
You will:
✔ Learn to assess and monitor your own pelvic floor health.✔ The program is built for the BUSY MOM, all workouts are under 15 mins, plus there are a selection of 2 min exercises for those days you "just don't have time"✔ Pelvic Floor Freedom is not just about kegels, this program focuses on the coordination of the WHOLE core, your whole body mobility AND activating and strengthening your glutes.✔ Information on daily habits to help you not just regain function BUT maintain function✔ Ongoing access to the program so you can keep using it for as long as you want.
