  London makes a great first (or fiifty-first) European family adventure. With lots of nonstop flights between major US airports, big city appeal, and cultural experiences abounding, both kids and adults are sure to be happy. Museums, theater, and famous landmarks will fill your time while you’re in the city. Lots of great day trip options to castles, historic English towns, and heritage-rich villages will check the box for learning about international history, literature, and more.   The political heart of the country is a perfect spot to learn about our nation’s past. With three airports located near the city, airline prices tend be competitive. A metro system makes it easy to stay a little outside the city to save some valuable vacation dollars and still be within access to all there is to see. And all of the fantastic Smithsonian museums offer free admission. Never fear though if you desire a luxe vaca. This city can offer that as well with upscale accommodations, great food options, and personalized tours from world-class tour guides.   Adventure in a tropical oasis as you explore this diverse locale with rainforests, mountains, and coastlines. The kids’ favorite is likely to be the exotic wildlife in this Central American destination. That will also be just one of the science topics your family can learn in this country with nature always at your doorstep and cultural lessons around every corner. Warm weather will appease your sun-loving crew as will all the things there are to do, like hiking, fishing, white water rafting, zip-lining, and a plethora of other activities.   The gorgeous islands of Hawaii are one of the leading vacation destinations in the world for good reason! Luxurious accommodations, beautiful beaches and Polynesian culture create a destination for both adventure and relaxation. And the learning doesn’t stop with culture. Science lessons are around each corner, from learning about volcanos to exploring sea life in the Pacific Ocean.   The house of the world’s most famous mouse has more to offer than you can shake a cheese stick at. At first glance, it looks like just an amusement park (although a pretty amazing one), but the learning opportunities are plentiful in this mega-vacation spot. The kids may not recognize they’re learning about science at Animal Kingdom, aerodynamics on Test Track in Epcot or international cultures at the World Showcase, but I can keep a secret if you can. And because Walt Disney World is one of the most popular vacation places in the world, it’s streamlined for guests, with easy flights to Orlando, babysitting services offered onsite, impeccable customer service, and something for everyone in your family to do.
