Your job is consuming your life, and it's not a good thing
You have been feeling the results of job burnout. You've been stressed, overworked, you've lost motivation, you feel like you're just clocking in and clocking out and you just don't feel excited about your job anymore. There was a time when you were excited, when you loved your job or at least enjoyed it. Now, things are different. Maybe things have changed or maybe you've changed? Or maybe you just need a break.
Everyone needs to work to support themselves but don't allow work to take over your life. You still have other responsibilities like family, friends, health, taking care of your home and your community. If you spend all your time focused on your job, how will you make sure other aspects of your life are functioning?
