Pressure Limitation

Unfortunately, given that your working pressure exceeds 150 psi, we are not able to offer you a solution. The maximum working pressure of the Super-Dry air dryers is 150 psi. Pro Tip: You may install a pressure regulator before the Super-Dry in order to reduce the pressure to 150 psi. Contact us to discuss strategies to reduce your plant pressure and reduce your energy costs of working at a higher pressure point. Application Limitation
The Super-Dry air dryers are designed for intermittent applications. For a continuous (24/7) application, a refrigerated or twin-tower air dryer would be a better choice. However, it is possible to oversize the dryer to meet your requirements. This is outside the scope of this Quiz. Please email us more details about your application and we will evaluate your requirements. Flow Limitation
Unfortunately, your flow requirements exceeds the capacity of our air dryers. Our systems covers up to 300 cfm. Pro Tip: It is possible to install two (2) Air Dryers in parallel in order to split the flow and go up to 600 cfm. Temperature Limitation
The Super-Dry air dryer can't be installed in the compressor room when there is no after-cooler available. When the temperature of the compressed air exceeds 100⁰ F the performance of the desiccant decreases and optimal performance can't be obtained. You can contact Marc Rayle, marc@super-dry.com or 1-888-828-1122 ext. 222 to further discuss strategies to lower the temperature of your compressed air. Pro Tip: If you can't install the Super-Dry at the point-of-use, you can install it at least 20 feet from the compressor, use an after cooler, or use a "zig zag" piping layout, see below

Dew Point Limitation
Unfortunately, Super-Dry Air Dryers (or any other brands of single tower desiccant air dryers) can't deliver a stable -40⁰ F dew point. The best way to obtain a stable -40⁰ F dew point is to use a twin tower regenerative air dryer. We don't make these dryers. Pro Tip: In many cases, a -40⁰ F dew point is over treatment.
