Just like Captain America, you always look out for those around you. As an Enabler, you are the best at working with people. In doing so, you try to ensure that processes are established and upheld. When conflicts arise, you can be counted upon to step in and make things right by getting all parties to appropriately discuss their differences.
Strengths
You would be great in engaging different stakeholders throughout the change journey. You could start from the exploration phase where you need to determine who the stakeholders are and create personas and empathy maps for them to find out their problems. You could empower teams by aiding in capability building as well as finding out where everyone is in their capacity zones throughout the project.
