Two Weeks
You've been pretty busy lately and working hard. Life is going good overall, but you just need a little break. You might even be getting to a point where you feel like things are starting to be too much... that's when you know it's really important to stop and take a break.
Ideally, get away for a couple of weeks and just enjoy life. What you need right now is to be rejuvenated. Do something that will reawaken your senses and make you excited and passionate about your life again. It's not that you've lost it, no, you just need to be recharged a bit.
So take out your calendar and book a trip somewhere. It's healthy to get away for a couple of weeks on a regular basis. If you can take two or three trips a year that's a pretty good amount and great for your mental health.
