  Are you actually a Virtual Assistant? Or maybe you work with one who keeps you on track. If not, you're clearly a highly organised person who's on top of things at all times. I salute you! Top tip: There's little I can teach you, but maybe like me you should consider taking a step back now and again. Let someone else do the organising and see what it feels like for a change.

  You're really pretty organised, aren't you? Being organised comes naturally to you, so you keep on top of things but you don't stress too much about every single detail. Sure, you could dot every i, cross every t, but who's got time? You'd rather be on top of things than perfect. Top tip: If you do want to up your organisation game, take a look at Zapier. It allows you to connect different programs to turn the Internet into one big playground (sorry, it doesn't fix the politics and the mean people though).

  Ever feel like you're just about to drop one of those balls you're juggling? If this is you, you probably already knew you weren't entirely on top of things. And it probably feels more than a little uncomfortable. Don't worry though, you're not alone and it certainly doesn't mean you can't become more organised. Top tip: Most people who aren't on top of things simply don't have enough time to take a step back. This is where a brain dump really comes in handy so write down absolutely everything you're juggling. Alternatively you could use RescueTime to log how you spend your time online for a week, then look at the data to see what's really happening. What's one area of your life you could pause for a bit, say no to or delegate to give you that small bit of breathing space?

  The Free Spirit

  Plans and schedules just tie you down. You prefer to be foot loose and fancy free, following the next idea on a fun-filled path into the unknown. Hats off to you if you enjoy the chaos of life and can ride the wave of craziness without a plan. I envy you! But it does mean you don't get a top tip from me as there's simply nothing I can teach you, oh free one.
