But the ultimate goal is to make sure we are the right fit! 3. Pop The Champagne! We had our consultation, you loved viewing my portfolio and you and your fiancé have officially decided you want to book! I am officially doing the happy dance and you two can mark one more item off of your to do list! 4. Contract & DepositIts time to make it officially official! I will send you over a contract including the photography package you want, an invoice for a 40% non-refundable retainer, and the initial wedding questionnaire. Signing the contract and paying the non-refundable retainer makes us official and your date is secured. 5. Schedule Your Engagement Session The next step for us would be to start discussing when you would like to have your engagement session! I schedule engagement shoots about 1-2 months in advance and we normally shoot them on weekday evenings Monday - Thursday since I am shooting weddings on the weekends. If you want to start getting inspiration for your session make sure to check out my blog. 6. Take A Deep Breath! Don't worry at will be by your side every step of the way! Throughout the wedding process I will share with you tons of helpful information. Starting as soon as you book, I will send you a 72-page bridal guide. Then before your engagement session I will provide you with a style guide and email with tons of helpful information. Lastly, before your wedding I will send you a detailed 80 question questionnaire so I am familiar with your day and pre-wedding detail prep checklist. My goal is to make things as easy and painless as possible so you can focus on marrying your sweetie! 7. Wedding Day! Its the day we have all been waiting for, your wedding day! I show up with my second shooter and ready to make you two feel like a king and queen! The day is filled with endless laughter, tears but just the happy ones, and plenty of dancing. As you are enjoying the best day of your life I am in the background capturing your day focusing on your candid heirloom moments! So when you receive your gallery back it tells your entire story, and you can relive the day over and over again! 8. Gallery Delivery! You should not have to wait to see some of your images, so within 24 hours (sometimes even before Leave the reception) you will receive a sneak peek! Then 6-12 weeks following your wedding day after I have meticulously edited each image one by one, I will deliver your images through a private online gallery. I cannot wait to hear from you!
