It varies. I can easily forget to eat or skip meals, which of course, leaves me feeling anxious or irritable. My eyes are often bigger than my stomach.

I have a strong appetite but watch out; I get hangry if I go too long without food.

It’s moderate. I can go for stretches without food, but I’d rather not. I love food but need to keep it in check.
My skin is slightly oily with a rosy complexion, sensitive, and prone to rashes or acne.

Dry and rough and tends to crack and flake. I’m experiencing premature wrinkles. I struggle to keep it well moisturized.
C.
My skin is more moist than dry, I’m often told I have great skin because it’s so soft. However, when I feel out of balance or stressed out, my skin is prone to cystic acne.
I can sleep anywhere, and any time. I love sleeping and am known to hit snooze. I have difficulty getting out of bed. Dreams are often of love, sex, snow, and watery places like lakes and the ocean.
B.
I fall asleep easily, but might wake up if I went to bed with a lot on my mind or am in the middle of an intense project at work. My dreams are often colorful, sometimes with fiery elements like war or violence.
C.
My sleep is light. I wake up at every noise. I’m prone to early morning insomnia. My dreams are often of flying, feeling trapped or attacked.

When life gets stressful, or I feel mentally or emotionally out of balance:
I tend towards anxiety, nervousness, fear, and worry. I don’t like NOT knowing what’s happening.
B.
I tend towards sadness, melancholy, hoarding, possessiveness, or being over-sentimental and withdrawn. I just wish things could stay the same.
C.
I tend towards intensity, anger, and frustration or irritation. I can be highly critical of others and myself. If only things went my way, I’d be happier.
It depends. Between the tortoise and the hare, I’m the hare. I usually have lots of energy, it’s hard for me to stay still. I’ll often go-go-go and then crash.
Strong. Between the tortoise and the hare, I’m the tortoise. Once I’m in motion, I stay in motion; it’s just getting in motion that’s the challenge sometimes.
Sharp, focused, and driven. I often think I’m right and know the best way to do things. I always keep my eye on the prize - my motto is “get things done…my way.”
B.
Calm, steady, and loyal, I’m not easily flustered. If I’m genuinely interested, I can focus till the cows come home. Otherwise, my mind wanders to all the other things I’d rather be doing.
C.
Highly creative, and an original thinker. My mind often feels like a wild horse running from one creative idea to another. I can only focus in short bursts and get distracted often.
I'm like a hummingbird. I love a new idea and get very excited, however seeing it through to the end is impossible. I get distracted, scattered and excited about the next one.
I think I speak slower, my tone is soft, and my words are usually sweet and thoughtful. Ok...yes, I've been asked to “get to the point" on occasion.

I’m often told to slow down. I respond with, “I don’t talk too fast; you listen too slow.” My speech may have an exuberant or nervous tone. Ok...yes, I’ve been called a “drama queen” occasionally.
C.
I'm a natural leader in conversations and get straight to the point - why waste time with fluff? I've been told I can get a bit intense when I'm passionate about a topic (which is often).
Sharp, intense, and passionate, but when out of balance I’ve been called opinionated, critical, and judgmental (of myself and others).
B.
Earthy, grounded, reliable - my friends know they can count on me, but when out of balance, I’ve been called stubborn, easily attached to people and things, and slow to change.
C.
Highly creative, intuitive, and inspirational, but when out of balance, I’ve been called spacey, scattered, indecisive, and a worrywart.
