If you feel moody, have irregular periods, acne and don't feel like yourself you likely have a hormonal imbalance of the sex hormones: estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. You need to get tested to be sure what the problem is. Some traditional doctors do not test these, so they may not suggest them to you. The female sex hormones are tested via blood, saliva, or urine.
