  Yep, nailed this one. My business runs like a well-oiled machine because I am fully utilizing systems that help me accomplish what I need to do – efficiently and seamlessly.

  Yeah, mostly so. Things could be more organized and there are probably other systems I could get into place but I do have set processes for each of these areas of my business so I’m doing these in a repeatable way that works well for me.

  Not really… I have maybe one or two pieces of free content that I’ve created but don’t really know how to execute this as an actual strategy.

  Yes! I have my prospect-to-client conversion strategy in place and am doing well with executing it consistently. I’m regularly having sales conversations with prospects and am happy with the number of people who are signing up for my services as a result of these calls.

  Mostly yes. I do have a strategy in place for promoting my paid services but could probably be better about executing it more consistently or more often. I am having sales conversations but would like to be having more of them, though I feel pretty confident that if I increased the volume of promotion I’m doing, I’d be having more sales conversations.

  Not so much… I don’t really know how to promote my services in a way that doesn’t feel salesy or pushy so I tend to just not do very much promotion at all. I’m not having nearly as many sales conversations as I would like.

I have a system in place to gather client feedback so that I can continue improving my services, I have processes established for every aspect of my business and have documented them clearly, I know the key metrics for my business at all times, and am hiring support staff that are helping me expand my business.

  For the most part. I do receive and use client feedback for improving my services, I have some part-time help for administrative tasks in my business and am in the process of documenting all of my key workflows and tracking my metrics.
