Avoidant Attachment Style
You likely have an avoidant attachment style. People with an avoidant attachment style generally feel isolated and alone in relationships. They also experience relationship anxiety but it is less apparent. These people tend to be much more self-sufficient and have a harder time shifting into a relationship with their intimate partner. They have some trauma in their lives and experienced one or both of their parents as unavailable, cold, or flat in emotional expressiveness. Check your inbox for your in-depth results!
