And your determined go-getter attitude means you're willing to do the work to not miss a single nutrient in your kid's diet.Your big challenge? Sometimes you might be very detailed and want to know precise amounts or portion sizes for your vegan kids. But it's all because you care and want to do the 'right' thing. Here are my tips to help you in your vegan feeding journey.1. Find ways to simplify your feeding. Yes, you want to make sure precise portions and nutrient amounts are met in your child's meals and you're willing to try anything to make that happen. But it can sometimes feel overwhelming. Allow your child's eating habits to naturally lead as this will help to lessen the stress behind measuring or serving precise amounts. 2. Trust the process. Let your child's appetite lead the way. I know how important it is to ensure your child meets their nutritional needs but measuring, tracking, or researching all the time can cause more stress for you. 3. Give yourself a break!
