Gut Health
Every woman with PCOS is different, some women with PCOS experience fewer symptoms. Women who have a few symptoms often have a slight imbalance in other hormones. Get tested to rule out thyroid issues, low progesterone, high estrogen, etc. You check out my post on the best tests to ask your provider to perform.If you focus on your gut health, this will improve your symptoms.
