Angle of Right Hand Pronate your right hand and pour some milk before you draw the bow. 2. Bow PlacementYour bow needs to be a few inches up from the bridge, and a few inches down from the fingerboard in order to get optimum sound.3. CoreSquish the stick with your right index finger and connect bow to string so that it vibrates widely.4. Bow Speed Experiment with the speed. How does moving the bow slower or faster change the overall sound? Which sound do you prefer?5. Arm WeightRelax your right arm and let the natural weight fall into your hand and the bow. Don't force or you will lose the ringing sound.You can play whole notes on your open strings and think about one or two of these tips at a time.
