  Very local - I have an in-person clinic or space, I'm known in the area and all my customers live in my locality.

  Mostly local - primarily my customers are local but I do still trade online and work with clients in other cities and countries.

  Mostly international - primarily my customers come through my online presence and they could be anywhere in the world. But I do have a reputation locally too, I just don't rely on it.

  Loads - I've got hundreds of ideas and I love producing blogs, videos, social media posts and stuff that helps people!

  Some - I enjoy sharing my knowledge, but often don't know what's best to convert people into customers.

  Very little. I know it's necessary but I don't enjoy it and I don't really have the time amongst everything else I have going on.

  The idea of producing content brings me out in hives. Can't customers just find me without all that?

  Prepared and scripted 100%! I don't do anything on the fly.

  I like the security of being prepped, but can wing it if necessary.

  I'm better going with the flow, but do see the benefits of having a plan and being organised.

  Spontaneous and flexible. I get bored so easily.

  Introvert all the way. I love being by myself and am very self-motivated. I find too much time with others exhausting.

  Mostly introvert. I'm good by myself but I do like to connect with others.

  Mostly extrovert. Being around others is important to me and I enjoy it, but appreciate time alone too.

  Extrovert all the way. I need others to get me fired up and excited about what I do. I hate being by myself!

How much do you need feedback and interaction from others when you work?

  I really need feedback and assurance that what I'm doing is resonating. I can't cope if I feel I'm talking to no-one.

  Feedback and engagement is important to me. But I get that not everything will land and it takes time.

  Generally I'm pretty self-sufficient, but I do appreciate a kind word or pat on the back once in a while!

  Daunted. I've tried it before and it's not worked or I've heard from others it's difficult.

  Just thinking about launching makes me feel exhausted.

  Social media! I get great engagement and most come through there.

  Google and my website. I've got my SEO working well and customers find me.

  Total mix. I have lots of different marketing channels and there's not one that I rely on over the others.

Referrals are your bread and butter.Being a Bespoke Betty may involve running a few free or paid one-off webinars or challenges to attract attention to your one-to-one work, particularly at the beginning when you are building a reputation.
