Your Money Healing Mode Is…
CompassionÂ
You're a natural-born community-builder and you're the rock your friends lean on for support. Tapping into your sense of compassion will help you feel rich on all levels. Here's an important question for you when it comes to money mindset: What can you let go of from the past that will free up your money relationship? You see, my soulful and caring friend… you're super compassionate towards everyone else. Now it's time for you to extend that compassion to yourself. If you've made mistakes with money in the past, it's important for you to practice total forgiveness now. Lean into a meditation practice such a meta meditation, which can help you extend loving kindness to yourself. To heal your money relationship, it's important for you to investigate where any lingering money wounds come from. So that you can let go of the past and move forward fearlessly. It's also essential for you to remember that wealth isn't just about money. It's about having ample time, space, health, and friends to share it with. As a natural community-builder, you already have wealth of friendship in spades. Your money healing mantra is: "I hold my money story with deep compassion. I forgive. I let go. I can be free."Lastly, tap into your inherent sense of optimism. Remind yourself that you are good enough, no matter what your job title, and no matter your current financial situation. You are enough, and you will always have enough. "Develop success from failures. Discouragement and failure are two of the surest stepping stones to success." — Dale Carnegie💰 ANTE UP 💰Here Are the 3 Tools You Need to Free Yourself Up When it Comes to Money 1. Make Saving FunCreate a savings account that's your "just for fun" account. Then choose a goal that you'd love to save toward. You may choose to start small, like a fancy dinner to celebrate a win. Or a day-trip you'd love to take with a friend. Set a money goal for that experience. When money comes into your account, put a little aside for super-fun savings. This can even be $5. Challenge yourself to keep adding to that savings regularly until you hit your goal. Once you've filled your savings account up, treat yourself to the fantastically fun experience you planned without any guilt or reservations. You saved up for this, now it's time to enjoy it, friend. 2. Go on a Spending Freeze Go on a spending freeze for a week (or more!). During this time, don't purchase anything besides essentials. What counts as essentials? Groceries, toiletries, transportation expenses.Keep a journal for the duration of the spending freeze and track your habits around spending. Here are some questions you can ask yourself: Do certain events/experiences/conditions make you want to spend? What feelings arise when you want to buy something? What does this spending freeze reveal to you about your spending habits?3. Practice MeditationWhether it's five minutes a day or an hour-long guided meditation, choose a meditation style that works for you. Meet Your Money Mindset Coach...Hey friend, I'm Jaqee Cooke, your money mindset guide/coach Money has been a significant part of my life since I was a child where I learned to budget in you yearly trip to the county fair. My parents only gave me a certain amount of money to spend, and I have to prioritize what was really important. This meant, I only ate the one or two special treats I could only get at the fair, play the games I could possibly where I could win a prize that I liked and then ride my favorite rides. These lessons stuck with me and sometimes were exacerbated during times of stress. The story that I told myself was that I didn't have enough and couldn't have fun, travel, or do things that I wanted to do. I noticed that I agonized over small purchases and made quick decisions on expensive items. I learned early that money was freedom, but it was also a hinderance. When I started looking at how I could live the life that I desired, it wasn't about the money that I made, it was about how I lived in relationship to that money and answering for myself the question " What is enough?" I made it my mission to live from a place of freedom and to help others find their " sweet spot"It's now my privilege and honor to help (mostly) women work through their money issues. My clients have had amazing successes from getting free from the stress that they feel from money and it's close friend anxiety.
