I'm Liisa, I'm a certified life coach who helps moms looking to find time for their WELLNESS!Wellness Coach, "MOM", BBA, FCCIf there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that we as mothers have the power within ourselves to be the moms, women, humans we want to be!But I also know that it takes a village.Think of me as the girlfriend in your corner who is going to help you sort through the puzzle of life to revisit what is true:"It's always a happier day when you can carve out some ME-Time". __________________________Whatever your goals may be, rest assured that with a little guidance and support you can achieve — even exceed — them! But committing to positive change can be a big, brave step! Therefore, I offer a Kickstart session that might be right up your alley. Together, we will create an action plan in each of the 5 elements of wellness: Sleep, Eat, Move, Live and Love, to get you where you want to go! If you're curious, book a call with me! I'd love to chat about it. My bio is below, or you can read the 'long' version on my website www.mindfulBOOM.com__________________________And today, here are 3 great questions you can ask yourself to kickstart your journey to a healthier, happier lifestyle...1) What do I aspire my wellness to look like?Wellness looks different to everyone. Whether it's making healthier food choices, practicing daily meditation, taking a language course, improving a sleep routine, or training for a marathon(!), the choice doesn't matter. If it makes you feel better about yourself, then it's right for you.Instead of forcing yourself to spend your precious ME-time doing something you don't enjoy, let's start by visualizing what will simply make you happier! Ask yourself what activities genuinely bring you joy? It could be something as simple as gardening or taking a relaxing walk along the creek with friends or family. If you pick something that lights you up, you’re way more likely to get out there and actually do it.2. How can I approach change differently? We all have our preferred modes of approaching an issue. Hey, it's worked in the past, right? But have you ever been in a situation where someone's fresh eyes were exactly what was needed?Wellness can be the same! If you're noticing what's worked in the past just isn't doing it for you anymore, you can ask yourself, how can I look at it differently? Is there someone I can call about it? Are there internet searches or books I can read? What if you were trying to parent your child about the change, what suggestions would you offer them?Brainstorm these new approaches anyway you can imagine! When the 'A-HA!' idea rises, you'll know your on the right path to improved wellness.3. When am I going to start?I encourage you to ask yourself, what day is going to be my day to take the next step toward improved wellness? Then ask, what does that step look like? And then, is it a realistic, attainable goal? You're already being pulled in a thousand different directions. Decide if you'd rather go all-in to your goal or take small steps to get there. There's no right or wrong answer here. If it's moving you towards improved wellness and ultimately to increased happiness, go for it!__________________________'You wear a thousand different hats,And you put everyone else’s needs first. But what hat do you want to call your own?'— I'm here to help you get there!Thank you for taking the time to participate! I hope you had fun!Liisa xo
