Alaska
Alaska is one of the most gorgeous elopement locations I can think of. Despite what you may think, alaskan summers are warm, and the sun stays out all day long. So if you're wanting a wedding day that never ends, a place where the sun doesn't set is a great place to start. Hike through meadows of wildflowers, pick berries, see wildlife in Denali National Park, take a helicopter tour and land on a glacier for your ceremony, or watch the northern lights from a hot spring or see through igloo after a sled dog ride. The options here are truly endless. There are more hikes to count, littered with snow-capped mountains and wildlife. Alaska has incredible food, there's even a 5 star restaurant that uses a tram to take you up to the mountain so that you can see seven glacier while you dine. There's beautiful lodging all around the state, jaw-dropping scenery, ice caves, waterfalls, and so much more. Interested in an Alaska elopement? Shoot me a message on my contact page and let's chat. I create customized location guides, help obtain permits, recommend vendors, curate a timeline, and document your day together. Contact me to chat about an elopement experience in this location!
