Quiz Outcomes
1.
Swimming for Beginners
This class is dedicated to individuals who are learning to swim (not for a parent who is trying to teach a beginner). For this class, students can watch and learn techniques that they can practice safely on their own in a pool. This course is ideal for adults who are learning to swim.
2.
Bathtime Basics
This course is designed for parents with children ages 0-2. The material focuses on getting kids comfortable in the water. The skills taught can be done at home in your own bathtub and at your own pace.
This is the first level of swim lessons. Much of the course material focusses on doing skills with assistance. Water safety and foundational swimming skills will be introduced so that you and your swimmer will be set up for swimmming success.
4.
Level 2
It sounds like your swimmer is fairly comfortable in the water, but could use some additonal help with mastering foundational skills. Level 2 helps you teach your swimmer how to find confidence in swimming by themselves.
5.
Level 3
Your swimmer should know many foundational skills at this point. Level 3 introduces strokes and dives. Let the fun begin!
6.
Level 4
By now your swimmer should be very comfortable in the water. They should be swimming freestyle and backstroke, maybe diving, and just loving the water! Level 4 introduces breastroke and butterfly skills.
7.
Level 5
WOW! You have an amazing swimmer already. Level 5 provides more information on competitive stroke technqiue and endurance. If your swimer is interested in swim team, that would be a great option too! Check out my "Swim Team Basics Course" as well!
