The Self-Assured Individual
Your score indicates that you have a healthy balance of self-respect and consideration for others. You're not overly concerned with pleasing everyone, which is a great trait. Here’s the thing though, unless you have a system in place to keep this consistent, circumstances in life may cause this balance to tip the scale at any time. Three quick tips to help you remain consistent...1. Keep the word NO in your vocabularyPractice saying "no" when necessary, without feeling guilty. You know that it's impossible to please everyone all the time so maintaining that mindset is crucial to staying self-assured.Continue to be decisive, make choices and take action. If you don’t, you might give up your power and I want you to remain on the right track!2. Keep Your Self-Care a PriorityMake sure you're making self-care a non-negotiable part of your routine. This includes taking time for activities that recharge you physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether it's exercise, meditation, reading, or spending time with loved ones, prioritizing self-care helps you maintain a strong sense of self-respect and prevents burnout. When you prioritize your well-being, you're better equipped to be genuinely considerate of others without sacrificing your own needs.3. Communicate Openly and Honestly:Foster open and honest communication in your relationships. Make sure you're clearly expressing your thoughts, feelings, and needs, and encourage others to do the same. This creates an environment of mutual understanding and respect. Honest communication allows you to navigate situations without resorting to people-pleasing tendencies. It also helps build authentic connections with others based on genuine understanding and consideration.
