Being an emotional eater means you make the majority of your food decisions based on HOW YOU FEEL in the moment. When you're feeling good, you eat healthy and when you're not feeling good, it's easy to slip into eating habits you aren't proud of.Because you will experience lots of emotions daily, your superpower is becoming aware of the triggers (aka work/life scenarios), AND naming the emotion that gets you to eat more when your body doesn't need it.
