Based on your answers, we may recommend cryolipolysis.We are born with a finite number of fat cells which increase in size to store fat globules with weight gain. Cryolipolysis (fat freezing) is a treatment for permanent elimination of fat. By placing vacuum applicators onto pockets of fat, tissue is selectively frozen down to -8 degrees. At this temperature fat cells may be destroyed, and subsequently excreted by the body over a period of 6-12 weeks.As tissue is not penetrated or broken during cryolipolysis, patients often able to return to normal activities immediately after treatment. Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)

Based on your answers, we may recommend IPL.IPL machines emit filtered wavelengths of light and deliver them under energy . Various wavelengths penetrate different layers of the skin and may selectively target different pigment molecules known as chromophores. These chromophores include melanin (pigment in hair and skin), haemoglobin (pigment in blood vessels) and P acnes (the bacteria that causes acne). When exposed to the respective wavelength, a process known as photothermolysis occurs, and selective destruction of pigment molecules may be achieved. Exposure alters the action of different tissue cells and various biochemical processes that effect wound healing, collagen production, inflammation, pigment formation, activity of P acnes bacteria (acne) and hair growth. Thus the technology may be used to assist with wound healing, reducing inflammation, inducing collagen production and manipulating the activity of acne-causing bacteria. LED is safe and painfree treatment however may cause temporary darkening of pigmentation in those with darker skin tones.
