Ignoring Hunger
Here you go! You tend to try to push off hunger, skip meals or snacks to save on calories or eat only half your meal because you "shouldn't" eat it all 🥲 This means you feel out of control with food mainly because your body doesn't feel like it can trust you to feed in when it asks you to. Meaning, because you push off hunger, your body goes on overdrive when it actually gets food. AND, it thinks "let me have as much as I can now because I don't think I'll be allowed to have this again." So what do you do now?! 🫤I'll tell ya!
