Feeling not worthy, not good enough or never ‘ready’ to move towards your dreams. This creates confidence leaks by constantly highlighting and leaving you focusing on your perceived shortcomings.My Invitation To You:1. Mantra: "I am grateful for who I am and who I am becoming."Hands on heart, repeat this mantra to yourself 3 times.2. Ritual: Close your eyes and place your hands over your heart. Take a few deep breaths in and out of the heart space. Acknowledge the fact that you’re trapped in a space of negative comparison (again, it’s normal and that’s okay).
