Your small business archetype is the Customer Champion. You excel at building strong relationships with your customers and providing exceptional service. This customer-centric approach is your greatest asset. To enhance this, focus on gathering customer feedback and continuously improving your service. Your defining characteristics include empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You're already excelling, but make sure you train your team members to carry on these services ensure your customers remain loyal so that you can start to focus on other things.
